More oldies. But goodies?
I’m having some serious technical difficulties in life right now…especially on the website front. While TenYearsWanting and Typoscura will both be functional in the coming weeks (months?), I’m finding it hard not putting original content on this blog. That’s what I set out to do…and damnit, I’m gonna do it.
Not really. Well, I mean…Hump Day™ IS BACK. But, it’s not pissed. It’s happier than a pig in shit. After a 2 month hiatus Hump Day™ returns with a new twist. Enjoy the same cozy atmosphere, attentive staff and affordable fare you’ve come to expect at The Red Stag…but, get your brain nice and sharp for SPEED SCRABBLE. Yep, we’re going head to head…table to table. It all kicks off at 10 P.M. and as the night winds down and our brains stop functioning we’ll all rejoice in the simple rhythmic pleasures of MILLIONS BILLIONS. See ya at The Stag.
Now I’m getting my winter boots somewhere else this season (and for the first time!), but, this video about boot maker Viberg represents the essence of domestically made mens/utility wear by family owned companies. There’s never been a better time than now to buy U.S. made products by talented and passionate individuals with decades of experience. Peep the video:
